NN) (Mukwonago High School) Mukwonago, WI 53149 Schedule of Events 7:00 am – Race Day Registration Opens 8:20 am – 5K Run/Walk Lineup 8:30 am – 5K Run/Walk Begins 9:15 am – 1K Youth Fun Run (under 12) 1K Race Begins Awards after completion of Youth Race 2019 Entry Fees $25 – 5K Run/Walk Advance Registration (entry received by July 10) $30 – 5K Race Day Registration (or entry received after July 10) $10 – 1K Youth Fun Run (12 & under) – untimed Youth 1K Fun Run The 1K Youth run is open to boys and girls under 12 years old. The course is a lap around the High School. All Youth 1K participants will receive a Ribbon. Race Day Details T-Shirts can be picked up on the morning of the race in the registration area in the MHS Gymnasium Lobby (SW corner of the school) beginning at 7AM. Water will be provided on the course and at the finish line. Awards and Results Trophies will be awarded to the overall male and female 5K winners. A plaque will be awarded to overall Masters Champions. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 men and women finishers in the following age categories: 13 and under, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+. Ribbons will be given to all Youth 1K participants. Complete 5K race results will be posted to this web site on race day. We have a special traveling trophy presented to the MHS team with the best participation and results on race day. Facilities Registration will be held indoors in the MHS Athletic Foyer. Indoor bathrooms are available for use. Free parking is available in the High School parking lot adjacent to the grounds. Watch for markers to avoid parking on the course. Note that Maxwell Street Days is usually held on the same weekend in Field Park on the SW corner of Highways 83 & NN a few blocks east of Mukwonago High School. Safety For safety reasons, no pets, in-line skates, roller skates, skateboards, or bicycles are allowed on the course. If you will be running or walking with a stroller, please stay toward the back of the group during race line-up and yield to other runners and walkers on the course. About Us The Mukwonago Village Run is hosted by the Mukwonago Athletics Booster Club, a 501(c)3 dedicated to supporting all Varsity athletics programs at Mukwonago High School. Our events include the Booster Golf Outing (second Wednesday in July), the Water Softener and Driveway Salt Sale (Spring & Fall each year), and the Mukwonago Village Run. Annually we give around $40,000 to the Varsity athletics programs for uniforms and equipment not funded by the Mukwonago Area School District. Walk or run safe & have fun!
